Da innata passione per l’immagine a professione.
Influenzata dallo studio dell’arte e dell’architettura, del design e della storia della moda utilizza i colori, le forme, le linee, la luce come linguaggio espressivo.
“La fotografia aggiunge alla pittura la freschezza di un istante irripetibile, magico, ma durevole”.
Diploma in fotografia presso l’Istituto “R.Bauer” di Milano, Inizia a collaborare come assistente fotografa prima di studio, per moda e pubblicità, poi per l’editoria per riviste come “Arte“ed “Antiquariato”.
Successivamente inizia a lavorare come fotografa freelance per grandi eventi legati all’arte, all’architettura e al design.
Con periodici come “Il mio vino” ,”Gulliver” “DOVE”, realizza reportage di viaggio e costume.
Collabora anche come photoeditor freelance per RCS e Mondadori, per i mensili “Gulliver”, “I Viaggi del Sole”, al progetto di “Le guide di Dove”.
Si specializza in reportage di matrimonio, da quasi 15 anni racconta storie d’amore in tutta Italia e in collaborazione con wedding planner.
Con amore ed emozione racconta la crescita di una famiglia: dalla gravidanza, alla nascita di un neonato, ai sorrisi dei bambini.
Laura è membro di associazioni di settore di prestigio, come ANFM e il Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) che seleziona i migliori fotografi di tutto il mondo per il loro approccio artistico e documentaristico nella la fotografia di matrimonio. Partecipa a contest fotografici internazionali, segue corsi e workshop di specializzazione per affinare sempre di più la sua tecnica e confrontarsi con professionisti di tutto il mondo.
Riceve su appuntamento nel suo studio “irideblu”.
From an inborn passion for images to a profession.
Influenced by the studies of Art, Architecture, Design and History of Fashion, she uses color, shapes, lines, lights as a meaningful language.
Photography adds to painting the freshness of an unrepeatable, though everlasting, magic instant.
Graduated in photography at “R. Bauer” institute in Milan, her mayors interests are in digital photography and retouching.
She begins as photographer assistant in a studio, for fashion and adverts, and then she works for publishing for magazines like “Arte” and “Antiquariato”.
She works afterwards as freelance for important happening linked with Arts, Architecture and Design and with magazines such as “Il mio vino”, “Gulliver”, “Dove”, for reportages of travels and customs.
In the meanwhile she works also as photoeditor freelance for the montly magazines “Gulliver“ I Viaggi del Sole”, for the project “le guide di Dove” .
She specializes in wedding reportage, since almost 15 years tells stories of love around Italy and in collaboration with wedding planners.
With love and emotion tells the growth of a family: from pregnancy, to birth of a newborn baby , to the smiles of children.
Laura is a member of important professional associations like The Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) which selects the best photographers around the world for their artistic and documentary approach in wedding photography. She participates in prestigious international photographic contests. She keeps in constant training taking courses and workshops to hone her technique more and more and engage with professionals from around the world.
She recieves on appointments in her studio “irideblu”.

Ascoltare una storia significa osservare, soffermarsi, scoprire, curiosare, stupirsi, isolare, comprendere, interpretare…
Ogni racconto può essere trasformato in immagini partendo da un punto di vista personale, insolito, ma affine alla realtà.
Laura Scaccabarozzi fotografa partendo da una visione creativa, pone attenzione al dettaglio, alla spontaneità e all’espressività di ciò che succede con eleganza, discrezione e sensibilità spiccatamente femminile.

Photography is a form of narration.
Listening to a story means to take a close watch on the world, to linger on, to discover, to wonder and wander, to have an insight, to understand.
Each story can be translated in images starting from a personal point of view, unusual perhaps, but akin to reality.
The photographer Laura Scaccabarozzi, with her personal, imaginative eye on matter , seizes the detail, the instinctively, the feeling of the moment,screening the happening with grace and sensitivity.
She’s able to capture formal, lively, even amusing images, that won’t make u feel the lack of words.
